This website is operated by Voompit Global LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Voompit Global LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Certain products are made-to-order through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printify.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Printify for fulfillment) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Voompit Global LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

 

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Voompit Global LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Final Pro-Tip for your LLC:

Because your LLC is in Wyoming but you are in India, ensure that your Stripe Statement Descriptor (the text customers see on their bank statement) is set to THEOFFSCRIPTS.COM or VOOMPIT GLOBAL. This prevents customers from seeing a random name and filing a chargeback, which keeps your Stripe account in good standing.
