Refund policy

At theoffscripts.com, operated by Voompit Global LLC, every product is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We only offer returns or refunds if the product you received meets one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged Product: The item arrived with physical damage, tears, or defects.

  • Wrong Product Received: You received a different size, color, or design than what was shown on your order confirmation.

  • Manufacturing Defect: The print quality is significantly blurred, misaligned, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or for ordering the wrong size. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before completing your purchase.

2. How to Start a Claim

If your item is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. To process your claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@theoffscripts.com.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item showing the issue.

  4. Provide a brief description of the problem.

3. Resolution

Once we verify the issue with our production partner (Printify), we will:

  • Send a replacement to you at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (Stripe).

4. No Returns Required

In most cases of damage or incorrect items, you will not be required to mail the item back to us. A photo is sufficient for us to process your replacement or refund.
