1. Processing & Production Time

All of our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you.

Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be manufactured and quality-checked before it is shipped.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin production the following business day.

2. Shipping Estimates (United States)

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via our standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days for delivery.
Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate shipping on most items to keep costs predictable.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

theoffscripts.com (Voompit Global LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately at support@theoffscripts.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a free replacement as per our Refund Policy.
